When it comes to installation, the designers at LDA understand that every client has different resources, and different requirements. We are happy to work with clients at every level. Some people are keen to do as much of the work themselves, and may just need help sourcing plants, guidance on installation, and a little encouragement. Others prefer to have everything taken care of, in which case we work with several contractors in the NOVA and DC areas, and can recommend companies appropriate for each project. We can work with these companies to provide accurate quotes, and to ensure successful completion of the work. Some of the contractors specialize in plant installation, others in stonework, drainage, fencing or paving, and often there may be multiple contractors on a project.

We also work with multiple wholesale nurseries in the local area and across the country. We can access plant material in many different sizes, depending on the project requirements, and can consult on substitutions necessary in an ever-changing supply chain. Plant sizes range from trays of plugs, which are a very cost-effective solution for large area plantings, to mature specimen trees for instant impact.
